Renovation of the Anna van Toor fashion store
The renovation of the Anna van Toor fashion store, located in the former Modehuis de Windt in Wageningen, has been successfully completed, transforming the shop into a modern and fresh space. Where the store previously had two floors, everything is now on a single level, providing a clear and accessible shopping experience.
One of the most notable changes is the removal of the old drop ceiling. In its place, an open ceiling with white paint has been chosen, giving the space a bright and airy character. This, combined with the completely renewed flooring made of large natural stone tiles, contributes to a luxurious look that is both practical and sustainable.

The new layout of the store makes optimal use of natural light. Large display windows along the long side of the store allow plenty of daylight to enter, contributing to a bright and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, a rail with spotlights has been installed throughout the store to provide targeted lighting and perfectly highlight the collection.
The fitting rooms, which were previously scattered throughout the store, are now smartly grouped at the right rear side. This new arrangement offers customers more privacy and makes the store layout more logical and easier to navigate.
The interior is decorated with soft tones and a subtle marble print, creating an atmospheric ambiance. The integrated LED lighting in the wall displays enhances this effect, giving the store a contemporary, stylish look.
The renovation of Anna van Toor in Wageningen demonstrates how thoughtful design and layout choices can lead to an attractive and functional retail environment, ready to welcome customers in a warm, modern setting.
