Located in the vibrant heart of Amsterdam, Royal Coster Diamonds occupies an iconic location near Museumplein, right next to the famous Rijksmuseum. For the Coster Diamonds Gift Shop, the luxury section of this prestigious jeweler focused on presenting gifts, accessible jewelry, and watches, WSB was responsible for designing and realizing the shop interior. The designers at WSB created a prestigious store interior with custom features for the gift shop.
Store Design for Coster Diamonds
In addition to high-end jewelry, Coster offers an extensive collection of accessible jewelry and watches. This collection is displayed on the ground floor, where a bright, fresh, and youthful space has been created that perfectly reflects the modern character of the products. The design organizes the space to stylishly separate the different brands. By placing grouped display cases, each brand is presented clearly, maintaining harmony in the space.
Interior Design for the Gift Shop
The gift shop also houses shop-in-shops for Swatch Group and Swarovski, further emphasizing the diversity of the offerings. Large visual frames and artworks enrich the space, providing both visual and commercial appeal for the customer. These artistic additions enhance the store experience by connecting the products and the space.
The gift shop seamlessly flows into a restroom area that is freely accessible to customers. The visual transition from the store to this more functional area is subtle, allowing the space to feel natural despite serving two distinct functions. The custom interior design ensures a refined and cohesive appearance, offering the customer a unique shopping experience—from the retail space to the functional areas.
