Exclusive Watchmaking Interior Design of Coster Diamonds Watchland
Royal Coster Diamonds, located in the vibrant heart of Amsterdam, is situated in an iconic location near the Museumplein, next to the famous Rijksmuseum. For Coster Watchland, the luxury watchmaking section of this prestigious jeweler, where everything revolves around presenting watches at a world-class level, WSB was also responsible for the design and realization of the store’s interior.
Harmonious Blend of Dynamism and Luxury
In the design for this exclusive watchmaking store, dynamism and luxury come together: the vibrant energy of a department store – with heavy foot traffic – is combined with the understated elegance and serene atmosphere of a boutique. This refined design was achieved by presenting the various watch brands in a cohesive and harmonious environment, with each space perfectly complementing the exclusivity of the collection.
Materials that Enhance the Exclusive Design
The use of dark wood, combined with light, pleasant fabrics and luxurious wallpaper, gives the space a warm and intimate atmosphere that perfectly complements the exclusive collection.
The seating is positioned at the ends of the spaces, allowing customers to make their selection in complete comfort and tranquility. Longines, one of the prominent brands, has its own corner at the front of the store, drawing extra attention and presenting the brand in a unique way to customers. Additionally, space has been created to highlight Coster’s rich history, both in watches and diamonds.
