Renovation of jeweler in the charming city center of Mechelen
After WSB successfully renovated Jan Maes’ Willebroek branch six years ago, it was time to turn their attention to the boutique in Mechelen’s charming city center.
The plans for this renovation were forged five years ago, and with the necessary building permit obtained from the Municipality of Mechelen, the WSB team could commence their work. The result is a turnkey project, from destruction to key handover at the opening. An integral aspect of the design was the reintroduction of the display cases surrounding the storefront, enticing curiosity and inviting customers to make their initial selections from a range of brands such as Rado, Balmain, and Pandora.
New Interior for jeweler Jan Maes
The interior boasts a warm wood finish and earthy tones, creating an inviting ambiance in this compact space. A striking addition to the design is the luxurious sales lounge at the rear of the store, complete with a coffee bar and wine cooler. This addition offers both customers and staff additional comfort. Previously focused on standing sales, this new layout has enabled a more pleasant shopping experience.
