Completely new interior design for Jan Maes Watches & Jewelery
The new Jan Maes Watches & Jewelery store, created by the WSB design and installation team, is located in the bustling shopping center Shop Eat Enjoy in Wijnegem (BE). It started as a request for an upgrade of the existing business, but after a creative brainstorming session it quickly became clear that a completely new concept was the most sensible choice. Jeweler Jan Maes has a wide range of watches and jewelry from a wide variety of brands such as Hulchi Belluni, Festina, Bigli, Rado and Longines. The Jan Maes team strives to offer customers a personal shopping experience. They will be happy to help you find a suitable piece of jewelry online and offline.

Rick Schreuder from WSB says: “We were given the freedom to change the entire layout. Accessibility, transparency and conviviality were the starting points. We have created a design with a central checkout/sales/work island followed by a cozy seating area. This concept means that all the walls are free and the customer can walk around the store without restrictions. An ideal routing leads the customer past beautiful collections in various custom showcases, each with a unique appearance and refined details. Warm wood tones, natural stone and elegant rose gold form the basis of the materials used, giving the store a luxurious appearance. In addition to the design, WSB also took care of the decoration and furnishings, which resulted in a harmonious and attractive whole. The Jan Maes Watches & Jewelery store is now not only a place to admire watches and jewelry, but also an experience of beautiful design and hospitality in the heart of Wijnegem.”
