A new shop fitting for pharmacy Carton in Bergues (FR)
WSB realized two beautiful shop interiors in Bergues, France. The first WSB shop fitting in Bergues was for Bouchiquet Optique. When neighbor Antoine Carton of pharmacy Carton saw the result of the store design, the speed and professionalism, Antoine decided to call WSB. Rick Blankenstijn of WSB: “Antoine Carton is a young and driven entrepreneur. With expertise. To give an example: in the back room there is a fully automated stock system with robots. Accurate and fast.”
Style of the shop interior for pharmacy Carton
The store was clearly ready for a next step. Like many other store interiors for pharmacists, this store also had a technical and atmospheric appearance. We have set the style of our design on ‘warm and cozy’. The warm wood colours, the wallpaper and the indirect lighting effects contribute to a dynamic shop appearance.
Approach realization shop interior
WSB made the complete shop design of facade tot he shop interior. We also requested the lighting design, after a sketch design we took care of the budgeting. The shop fittings with all furniture are made in our own factory in Scherpenzeel (NL). We work with 60 colleagues including: designers, calculators, project manager, engineers, furniture makers and fitters. We then wrote and signed the specifications for the work on the ceiling, floor, electricity and painting. We purchased this work locally, so a tight method for budgeting. During the implementation, we remained involved in the measurement and planning.
