Krommenie has gained a handsome new store! Mirck Optiek has moved to the heart of the shopping district and been given a completely new look.

Shop design: pleasantly contemporary, eclectic atmosphere

When you walk in, you are immediately struck by the pleasantly contemporary, eclectic atmosphere. The open studio has be placed in the axis of the store, so as to highlight the craftsmanship of the business to customers. A blend of pure materials with vintage elements create a modern industrial look that gives an impression of warmth. With a fusion of presentation, advice, coffee and furniture from a local residential interiors business, the store’s axis is functional. Walls are primarily used for presentation and inspiration. Owner Robbert Hoendervoogt has truly brought his dream of combining craftsmanship with food & drinks, hospitality and service to life!
